Dr VG SRIDHAR

Dr. VG Sridhar is a trained and certified education counsellor with  three decades of experience in teaching, research, innovation, leadership and mentoring students. Formerly Professor of School of Mechanical Engineering, VIT University, Vellore.

Dr. VGS has worked closely with students across different stages of their academic and professional journeys. His experience has given him a deep understanding of the challenges students and parents face while making important decisions about education, career, skills and the future.

His approach to student development goes beyond academic achievement. He believes that students need opportunities to understand themselves, discover their strengths, explore possibilities, gain real-world exposure and develop the confidence to create their own path.

As the Founder and Managing Director of EC Solutions, a startup company associated with VIT-TBI, and the founder of DIKSHA Counselling & Consultancy, he is working towards creating a bridge between education and real-world opportunities.
