A certified soft skills, behavioral skills, corporate trainer and coach. His quest to learn about people and guide them towards successful career led Mr. Ajinkya Kulkarni into consulting profession. It all started with him being an enthusiastic professor wherein he taught more than 2000 engineering students, trained them on soft skills, behavioral skills and interview techniques and helped them crack interviews.

Being a Mechanical Engineer, he has worked for past 15+ years with numerous automotive and off highway industries. Mr. Kulkarni is a keen analyzer and likes to always stay on top of things when it comes to the emerging careers with the recent developments in technology and newer trends in the market. Also, he is a good administrator and has experience leading and managing an Engineering Design institute in Pune for many years.

Mr. Kulkarni thoroughly enjoys spending time with kids observing their innocent behavior. He writes for children and has published more than 7 books till date.
